Replacement & Cancellation
All products at Master Gems Jewels are made-to-order and specially crafted for each customer. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed. We recommend reviewing all product details, sizing, and order information carefully before completing your purchase. Our team is happy to assist with any questions before ordering.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing mastergemsjewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 91069 26669.
To process a replacement request, please provide:

A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed package

The shipping label and package clearly visible in the video

Clear photos of the damaged product
The unboxing video must start before the package is opened and continue until the product is fully visible. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item from the original order. Changes to design, customization, or product type will not be permitted.
Conditions for Replacement
Items returned for replacement must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

With tags attached (if applicable)

Returned with the original packaging (box and pouch)
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the replacement request may be declined and the item may be shipped back to the customer.
Return Packaging
Please return the item using the original packaging or a smaller secure box. Oversized packaging will not be accepted as it increases shipping charges. Additional shipping costs due to improper packaging may be charged to the customer.
