Order Processing
All products at Master Gems Jewels are crafted on a made-to-order basis. Each silver jewellery piece is prepared after the order is placed to ensure quality and precision.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–8 business days.
Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you may receive them in different deliveries.

Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
International Orders
International deliveries usually take 7–16 business days, depending on the country and customs processing time.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1999.
For orders below this value, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email.
Customers can use this tracking link to monitor the delivery status of their shipment.
Delivery in Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and preparation timelines.
You will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
Returns & Replacement
All jewellery sold by Master Gems Jewels is made-to-order, therefore orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed.
However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, we will assist with a replacement.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

To process the request, the following proof is required:

A clear and continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed package

The shipping label and outer packaging visible in the video

Clear photos of the damaged product
The video must start before opening the package and continue without cuts until the product is clearly visible.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item from the original order. Changes to design or customization will not be permitted.
Replacement Conditions
Items returned for replacement must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

With tags attached (if applicable)

Returned with the original packaging including box and pouch
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the replacement request may be declined and the item may be returned to the customer.

Our support team will guide you through the replacement process.
Customers are requested to be available for reverse pickup and respond to courier partner calls. If the pickup attempt fails due to unavailability, the request may need to be initiated again.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to return the product using a reliable courier service such as India Post.
Reasonable return shipping costs up to ₹100 will be reimbursed.
Missing Item or Empty Parcel
If you receive an empty parcel or a missing item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear and continuous unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package will be required to process the claim.
Claims without sufficient evidence or with visible signs of tampering may not be approved. Master Gems Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
Claim Verification
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
Master Gems Jewels reserves the right to review and verify all claims before approving a replacement request. Claims may be declined if:
