Warranty
At Master Gems Jewels, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. All our 925 Sterling Silver pieces come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering workmanship and basic maintenance services.
Under this warranty, we will assist with repairs or maintenance if there is any issue related to material or craftsmanship.
Services Covered Under Warranty
The following services are covered during the 6-month warranty period:

Repairing damaged or broken prongs

Replacing CZ stones if they fall out due to impact

Professional cleaning of the jewellery

Checking for internal damage

Repolishing the jewellery
These services are provided free of cost. Customers only need to bear the shipping charges.
Color / Rhodium Warranty
The rhodium plating or color finish of the jewellery is covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
After this period, replating services can still be provided by Master Gems Jewels for a minimal service charge.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:

Lost jewellery items

Normal wear and tear such as scratches, bent rings, or broken chains

Damage caused by improper use or storage

Any repair, resizing, or modification done by a third-party jeweller
If the jewellery is repaired or modified by an external jeweller, the warranty becomes void.
