All jewellery sold by Master Gems Jewels is made-to-order, therefore orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed.

Replacement is only available in case of items damaged during transit, subject to verification and compliance with our Shipping & Replacement Policy.

Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery and provide a valid unboxing video as proof.
